We were amazed by the fine design and boutique feel of the hotel. Despite a minor issue, the staff were pretty good too resolve it perfectly. The spa was a good addition to our stay. We can't wait to visit again! highly recommend this hotel.

Located away from the tourist area but close to excellent restaurants, the hotel offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of Marseille from the third-floor rooms. The bathroom amenities, including Hermes toiletries, add a luxurious touch. The helpful and friendly staff ensure a pleasant stay, offering assistance with parking and luggage. the hotel provides a tasty breakfast.
The hotel staff failed to communicate the prices accurately, resulting in an unnecessary and excessive charge for room service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The building itself is fine, with a contemporary decor that I loved. The staff, especially Romain, were really good too ensure my stay was really good. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, making my trip nice. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was quite near the ancient port in this wonderful city. Being down in the historic district allowed me to be close to the main attractions of this city, making it very convenient for exploring. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also delicious, with a nice selection of homemade cakes, pastries, and crepes. the staff made me feel welcome and always checked in to see how I was doing.
No issues.

This hotel provided an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive Spa & wellness centre met my every need. the indoor swimming pool was perfect , not too crowded, and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. the treatment room was well equipped with everything I could desire. the sun terrace had stunning scenery and the sun loungers were both comfortable and chic. My room had exclusive amenities and features that I enjoyed immensely, including the private facilities. the breakfast, which I was able to enjoy in my room, was divine.
The location wasn't perfect but close enough to walk to nearby attractions. One minor issue was the wait time for the bar service.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of the pier and plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the enclosed shower stall, as I've encountered open designs in other hotels that were inconvenient. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Although I didn't use the spa, it could benefit from some improvements. Nonetheless, this didn't detract from my overall enjoyment. The only other minor drawbacks were the pricey breakfast and the need to reactivate the WiFi code frequently. Despite these small issues, I highly recommend this gem of a hotel for anyone visiting Marseille.
